I’ve noticed that sometimes I can’t control the thoughts that come in and go out of my head. Many of them are negative and not worth my attention. Making meditation a regular habit I’ve been able to clear my thoughts.

Meditation teaches you to filter your thoughts, keep your calmness, reduce stress, improve happiness and peace of mind and discover the purpose of life. You will focus on the right things and ignore the unnecessary ones. Most importantly you will have to learn how to think positive.

4. Exercising
We’d all like to be physically fit, right? Physical exercises help maintain the weight loss, combats health conditions and diseases, improves mood and improves your muscle strength and boost your endurance.

Physical activity and exercises make you feel better, gain health benefits and have fun. It brings the body into a healthy state that won’t affect negatively your mind. Your body and mind will interact successfully.

5. Tai Chi
Also known as “meditation in motion”. Tai chi is a series of movements performed slowly where each posture flows into the next without a pause. To achieve a constant flow of the body your mind needs to relax.

Most people think that martial art masters are so fast because their strength. But it’s not true! A fast explosive kick comes from a relaxed body.
