The history of these children often reveals disorders during pregnancy, during childbirth and after childbirth. All these disorders can cause dysfunction of cortical and subcortical structures, and other pathways responsible for the perception (understanding) and production of speech. Possible causes: CNS injury, infectious disease of mother, toxic poisoning, intracranial hemorrhage, asphyxia, and anoxia, hyperbilirubinemia, meningitis and encephalitis, seizures, febrile seizures, slow maturation of the CNS and especially those parts which constitute the physiological basis for speech lateralization of the hemispheres, genetic causes, abnormalities of brain development, cognitive causes, psychogenic and emotional causes of the deficit of auditory perception, motor disorders, the impact of the environment.

What is Expressive Dysphasia?

Expressive Dysphasia is characterized by difficulty in forming the voices, but the focus is not primarily in the voices, but the inability of the building of system language in phonological, morphological, syntactic, lexical-semantic and pragmatic level. In the later period, after the third year, these children have a large number of voices they do not speak, replaced by other voices, or pronounce them incorrectly. Words, whose meaning they adopted, replace with syllables, pronounce only the initial or only the last syllables. As a result, the speech of these children in general can be difficult to understand for the environment. Children with Expressive Dysphasia, hardly adopt the words that express abstract concepts, adopt plural with difficulties, do not use the time (past, present, future), pronouns adopt much later, do not use adjectives, adverbs, conjunctions, and suggestions. Children with Dysphasia are not able to adopt the speech that they hear around them, especially if their environment speaks rapidly with uneven rhythm and pace. Children with Dysphasia are prone to utter words of polysyllables only with the initial or only with the final syllable.

What is Dysphasia Treatment?

Dysphasia is a very complex and complicated speech – language disorder, which sometimes requires several years of working with the child, creating an individual program for each child, a lot of patience from parents, because the dynamics of progression is different and is conditioned by many factors. Spontaneous development of Dysphasia is not able to master linguistic structure. It is therefore necessary to come to audio-linguistic treatment, daily for 60 minutes where the child applies KSAFA-m apparatus developed speech. For every child treatment program follows the natural dynamics of speech development so that it passes through all the stages up to complete mastery of all the structures of speech and language. It is important to emphasize that the perturbation of different levels of speech and language is often not diagnosed promptly or treated adequately so that these disorders at a later age can lead to learning disorders, behavior and even to addiction. So, what are chiggers? Chiggers are rare parasites. Climatic changes have contributed to the increase in the frequency of the presence of chiggers. This was affected by the warmer weather, because there are more generations per year and so every year the number increases, more and more are also extended to areas where they previously existed.
They hide under leaves, grass and bushes where they wait for the host. After some time on the host chiggers search for the best play where they can attach, after which they penetrate through skin and begin to feed on blood. The tube of a chiggers, which is used for penetrating through skin is very sharp and has some kind of anchor – facing backwards growth – which is strongly linked to the skin and is difficult to draw. After some time host can see a rash that was caused by chiggers.

Chiggers Treatment

At the site of chiggers bites may appear less redness and swelling that lasts a few days with minor severe itching. This change is not a result of infection, but irritative effects of foreign substances that enter the skin through chiggers bites. Only a small number of bites result in the transfer of some microorganisms (if the chigger was infected), which can ultimately result in infection and the appearance of a man bitten symptoms, usually only 1-2 weeks after a bite. Therefore, it is not necessary after each contact with chiggers t seek medical attention – just remove them from the skin.
However, if after a few days after a bite symptoms of disease occur – such as fever, pain in muscles and joints, general weakness (flu like), or headaches, nausea, vomiting and the appearance of skin changes (different forms of rash), it is necessary to consult a competent physician to determine the time which the disease is carried out and appropriate treatment.
Most of the diseases transmitted by chiggers and are milder forms and treatment can be done at home, while only a small number of cases requiring treatment in hospital, either for purposes of applying the complex (intravenous) therapy or because of the potential complications and more serious consequences.

It should be noted that the majority of diseases that occur after a chigger bite can be prevented by avoiding contact with chiggers or timely and proper removal of them from the body, while only one disease (tick-borne encephalitis) may be prevented by the vaccine.

Chiggers can transmit several diseases, which are mainly animal diseases (zoonoses), and only rarely transmitted to humans. Chiggers become infected by sucking the blood of infected animals. People become infected after biting with an infected chigger’s saliva. The bite of chiggers commonly transmits borreliosis (Lyme disease, erythema migrans), tick-borne encephalitis, tularemia, ehrlichiosis, babesiosis, and some rickettsioses.

Get Rid of Chiggers

The best way to get rid of chiggers is if you access the problem calmly. Before it was said that if you need to get rid of chigger you need to drown it in the oil or glue, but it is certainly wrong. By doing that chiggers will suffocate and throw a poison into the wound. It can be very dangerous. To remove them well you need a thin tweezers. Drag it in different directions; avoid crushing or squeezing.
Try to tear it all. Do not panic if a part of it remains- the doctors say that the little black dots that might not keep his head rather than a weapon to stab. Wash hands with soap and water and then disinfect it. If you notice a red circle around the creation of stitches to consult a doctor immediately. Since symptoms can often be delayed, pay attention to the bite site even four weeks after the incident. Notice that chiggers are not to be mistaken with bed bugs (Bed Bug Registry) and dust mites (<a

Walnut is appreciated in ancient times as a sacred tree of Jupiter (Jovis glans) and used both in medicine and in fine carpentry, for dyeing cotton, wool , the artistic craftsmanship of carving furniture, icons, carved in wood and more. His healing and beneficial properties for centuries have served as food and medicine. The fruit nuts we all know well and use it as an addition to cakes, for making walnut liqueur and brandy, and less is known about the nut extraordinary remedy used in folk medicine for various ailments with its young leaves and immature fruits. It is used for baths and various skin diseases, eye inflammation, as well as hair oil, and protection from burns caused by the sun. Internal use as a tea from the leaves is used against intestinal parasites, to regulate digestion, strengthen muscles, anti-catarrh of the stomach, scrofulosis, bleeding gums, rickets, treatment of lung diseases, blood cleanser. The nucleus contains a nuts and 65% oil, 15% of valuable proteins, carbohydrates, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, vitamins B and C, iron, whereas in the leaves is 0.30% of essential oils (like patchouli oil), tannins, etc. Juglans Regia is also known for its detoxifier, antifungal, digestive, adstringens, laxative, regulator, antidiabetic benefits.

Juglans Regia

In May, before the leaves develop, walnut flourishes. Then the flower is picked. Fresh leaves and immature fruits are gathered in May and June, while the green husks are removed before maturity, until they change color. In September, ripe fruits are collected and dried in a dry place.
Fresh leaves are a great keeper of various insects, mosquito, flea, moths, etc. Some time ago walnut leaves were put in bed against these little unwanted wicked pests. Juglans Regia is also a good solution for any <a

Macular hole is a complete circular defect of neuroretine surrounded by limited retinal detachment. Macular holes develop as a result from anteroposterior and tangential vitreous traction of the back and macular area. They can be caused by different diseases, but are usually associated with aging and it is called idiopathic. According to Dr. Gasse they are divided into four stages. Symptoms, metamorphosis, visual field defects and loss of visual acuity are proportional to the degree of macular holes. Understanding the role of vitreous in the development of macular holes led to the realization that pars plana vitrectomy leads to closing macular holes, and anatomical and functional improvements. Pars plana vitrectomy is a surgery for macular holes. In addition to blurry vision, macular holes may also affect night vision and peripheral vision.
Macular hole is more likely to develop in people around 60 years. The holes in the macula can occur due to vitreous shrinkage and / or separation, eye injury or a detached retina. Although the development of macular disorders has not yet been determined, it most likely comes from the vitreous. Vitreous is a gel-like material that fills the back of the eye. Also called the vitreous body, it helps to keep your eye shape. However, vitreous decreases with aging. As it gathers, it can pull on the retina, called holes. If a macular hole is left untreated, it can worsen with time. In some cases, a macular hole can sometimes be fixed without intervention. However, in most cases, it requires treatment to prevent vision loss.

Macular Hole Treatment, Surgery and Recovery

Pars plana vitrectomy is a common treatment for macular holes. The macular hole surgery is done by removing the vitreous gel to prevent pulling on the retina. Then, a retinal specialist inserts air bubbles and gas into the space occupied by a glass allowing the macula to heal. The bubbles gradually fade with time and the physical eye fluids will take its place. Operation is easy, but in the period after the recovery from macular hole surgery can be difficult. The patient must lie face down for days, so that the bubble remains in place in the eye. Travelling by plane is also not an option as a change in pressure can cause eye damage.
The usual risks of surgery include infection and retinal detachment, or even high grades of cataract development. Infection and retinal detachment, cataracts are treatable and can be removed after the eye has healed. However, most patients who have undergone eye surgery may develop several types of cataracts which eventually lead to blindness and other serious defects of the eye.
These are just some of the things you should know about the macular hole treatment. There are always complications in any surgery. The positive side of it could be a clearer vision and elimination of defects. With <a

" width="150" height="150" />Epiretinal membrane disease is a disease of the eye that occurs in response to changes in the eye vitreous or less, in diabetes. The disease is known as macular pucker. So epiretinal membrane disease or macular pucker is the same disease. Sometimes, as a result of the immune response to protect the retina, macular cells gradually closer. These cells may gradually form a transparent layer and, like all the scar tissue to contract and lead to bulging and folding the macula (macular pucker), or even cause swelling of the macula – macular edema. These changes result in visual disturbances, which manifest themselves bowing and blurring when watching from a regular grid patterns that are used for testing macular area, namely the central 10 degrees retina. Usually these changes initially affect only one eye so that the distortion of vision may result in seeing two pictures. Because of distortion of the vision it can happen that your eye underestimate the size of certain objects, usually making them bigger, especially in the central part of the visual field, where it creates a localized field which cannot be corrected by optical aids. However, partial correction can often improve binocular vision. In people younger than 50 years, these cells are sometimes much decomposed, but in the majority of patients (older than 60 years) this state is invariant. Cells, cones and sticks, which are located below epiretinal membrane, are usually not affected unless the membrane does not become much thicker and stiffer, so macular degeneration is not usually found in these patients.

Macular Pucker Surgery, Macular Pucker Surgery Recovery

Surgeons can remove or denucleate membrane through the sclera and improve vision by 2 or more Snellen lines. Usually the vitreous is replaced at the same time with clear liquid. Surgery of macular pucker is usually not recommended unless the disturbances and distortion of vision are so severe that they affect the normal life, since there may be common surgical complications such as infection and possible retinal detachment. Somewhat more common complication is an increased intraocular pressure, bleeding in the eye and cataracts, which is actually the most common complication. Many patients will develop cataracts within a few years after surgery. In fact, sometimes the visual distortion and double vision caused by cataract can be replaced with epiretinal membranes. There are no evidences that the disease can be prevented because it is a natural response to changes in the vitreous that can happen to everyone during aging. This ocular pathology (macular pucker treatment) was first described by Iwanoff in 1865th year, and has been shown to occur in 7% of the population. More common it occurs in the elderly population, where studies show that the remains are present in 2% of the population older than 50 years and 20% of the population older than 70 years. Both sexes seem to be equally affected. This article about macular pucker is just one in a row of eye diseases articles we wrote in the latest period. In order to cast away your fear, we’ll try to briefly present one of the surgical techniques, pars plana vitrectomy – microsurgical operative technique that is performed at various retinal diseases. As the most commonly surgery is conducted at the entrance of the eye part called the pars plana, so the operation is often called a pars plana vitrectomy (PPV) or abbreviated vitrectomy. First time we mentioned pars plana vitrectomy was in the last article about eye floaters, or <a

Pars plana vitrectomy is the most complex micro-surgical procedure for accessing to the depth of the eye, i.e. to treat disease at the rear segment of the eye.
Although few years ago many of retinal diseases were considered to be inoperable, today because of a vitrectomy we can successfully operate these diseases. These diseases include:

• hemorrhage in diabetic retinopathy
• blurring or various complications in vitreous
• vitreous inflammation
• hole at the point of clear vision (yellow spots)
• foreign bodies in the eye after injury
• inflammation of all layers of the eye (endophthalmitis) or changes in the structure of vitreous after cataract surgery, which can cause injury (swelling)

Vitrectomy Recovery

The surgery lasts one to two hours, but sometimes, in complex cases, it can last longer. Complications after surgery include – corneal clouding, infection, bleeding, cataract, glaucoma. Any of these complications can result in loss of vision or eye. The results of pars plana vitrectomy are in 80 per cent successful, and the final result depends on whether there is damage to the yellow spots and how much is the scope. The result of the operation is better if the yellow spot is not affected by retinal detachment. The pars plana vitrectomy recovery critical period lasts for two or three weeks, and it is very important to the patient during this period to comply with the instructions of doctors and medical staff. Specifically, for first seven to ten days as long as possible patient should keep head tilted down so effect of silicone oils could hold retina permanently in a natural position. When it comes to vitrectomy for floaters, most doctors will not recommend doing it.

What are Eye Floaters? Treatment, Cures and Solution of Eye Floaters, Myodesopsia (Black Spots in Vision)" width="150" height="150" />Do you see black spots in vision – eye floaters? Many people do, and this is known as eye floaters. In the text below you we will be able to find out what is treatment, cures, solution for eye floaters (myodesopsia). Black spots in vision (myodesopsia) are problem that is often underestimated. When they occur, the best is to consult a specialist doctor. They are also known as “eye floaters”. However, the scientific term for boring black spots that “fly” in the field of vision sounds a little complicated: myodesopsia. With 85 percent of cases, these spots, like the shadows that follow every movement of the eye, are caused by the defect on the back of the vitreous body. Gelatin structure, vitreous body occupies four fifths volume of the eye between the lens and retina and gives the eye’s apple shape. “Dent in the vitreous body is like a ball full of gelatin which constitutes 99 percent water. The rest are organic salts, proteins such as collagen and acids, “explains Mark Kodenoti, the surgeon Detroit Ocular clinic.

What are Eye Floaters Cures, Solution and Treatment?

With the years, primarily in nearsighted people, the structure of the vitreous body will weaken, which participates in the delicate balance of molecules that make up the gel-like mass. It is no longer homogeneous; the molecule splits and releases water, forming a lump in the form of collagen bundles or networks. In some cases, in 10 percent of people under 40 and 60 percent of those over 70 years, come to breaking back of the eyeball. Chang of the structure of fluid inside the eyeball leads to these changes and may cause retinal stretch.
When this happens, you can see the “dots” that fly in front of the eye. “The patient has a feeling to see the shadows.”It may happen that the vitreous body is separated from the retina near the optic nerve, and parts of the tissue remains attached, occupying the central visual field. They are known as floaters in the eye. What complications are caused by splitting the last part of the vitreous body? In most cases, the situation remains stable, while in some cases it may happen that stretching of the glassy body to create a crack in the retina and that part of the liquid penetrates through the cracks. The biggest risk lies in the fact that the retina can crack.

So, what is solution and treatment for eye floaters? The only effective treatment is a vitrectomy (PPV) but briefly every ophthalmologist will admit that it is very risky surgery and the surgeons generally do not want to do it “only” because of eye floaters. Vitrectomy is a surgery that removes the eye vitreous or vitreous body (corpus vitreum) from the eye and surgically approaches to the ocular background. The part of an eye where surgeon enters the eye is called the pars plana, so the operation is often called a pars plana vitrectomy (PPV) or vitrectomy. Among all cures for eye floaters this is one that will least be recommended by your doctor, but unfortunately this is the most efficient one. Your oculist will probably tell you to try to lower your stress level and learn how to think positive. He might also suggest you to try some therapy with essential oils, like patchouli oil therapy. It could show some results, so that is why surgeon is the last option. It is the most efficient one, but the riskiest as well.
The other well-known solution and treatment for eye floaters is laser treatment. This method works by breaking the floaters with the laser, and seem to be most appropriate for large floaters which are constantly kept in the center of the visual field. Patients with such floater in the majority were satisfied with the results. Of course, eye floater cannot be removed from the eye; they can just chop it, into several smaller floaters instead of one large. Enough for someone who could not read, because of large floaters, to start reading now. Laser crops them easily into smaller pieces, so they can move freely in the eye and do not cover the whole vision but occasionally. Unfortunately, for large number of small and relatively movable eye floaters, the effect of the laser is negligible, and sometimes counterproductive. So, as you can see black dots in vision, eye floaters, or just myodesopsia is a problem which could be more serious than you think. For more information see the video:<br

This is a technique that was practiced for centuries around the globe, and which was recently re-discovered by Hira Ratan Manek (HRM). This was re-discovered after a couple of hundred years, since it had been forgotten due to the explosion of technology and modern medicine. Through sungazing, it is possible to solve physical, emotional, psychological and mental problems. For some, it is also possible to live without food using only the sun as the main source of energy. This fact is what many people call the HRM-phenomenon, whose name originates from the team of scientists and physicians to whom the HRM has proved that man can live only by solar energy. However, the objective of this practice is not to stop eating, but to live mentally, physically and spiritually healthy life. These are only some of the HRM sungazing benefits.
With practicing of sungazing you can get full health of body, mind and spirit, you can live with a smaller intake of. One of the benefits of sungazing is that you can also renew your mind and cure of all diseases. The most intriguing thing is that by practicing of sungazing you can be cleaned of all mental health programs and systems that limit us. You can also reach various levels of enlightenment; live now, here and at this time.
Many scientists and physicians have their testimonials after they examined effect of sungazing on Hira Ratan Manek. The testimonials of Hira Ratan Manek sungazing proven that this alternative medicine works and helps our body to rejuvenate. He was put to NASA testing, the U.S. Agency for Space Research for a period of almost two years. Never any man before Manek has been subjected to so thorough and long-term testing. Final conclusion of NASA scientists was that it was a phenomenon, as all studies show the actual values of sungazing, and some techniques were embedded in the program for training astronauts. Several scientists tested personally sungazing and were fascinated by the way and speed with which they encouraged their paranormal abilities, and quickly and powerfully awakened dormant abilities and their health.

Hira Ratan Manek and Sungazing

The very practice of sungazing is easy to learn and implemented by your own. You can work sungazing in each group, but you look at sun for yourself and should not interfere with each other. The essence is to learn to interact with the sun that the watching of 45 minutes goes like looking for only 3-4 minutes. When you learn this then you are close to reaching your goal. Sungazers are mostly very happy people, although some of them had very serious problems with depression in past period of their lives.
Average bed is home to about a million dust mites and their feces are one of the strongest in the world inhaled allergens that irritate hundreds of millions of people, so a large spring cleaning of apartment is supposed to be offensive to these microorganisms. First days of spring are usually used for general cleaning and the first targets should be parasites invisible to our eye, but extremely dangerous to health. The feces of dust mites are one of the strongest inhaled allergens in the world! It causes strong reactions for asthma sufferers, those who suffer from allergic rhinitis (inflammation of the mucous membranes of the nose), bronchitis and hives. It is an ideal medium for bacterial growth, causing an unpleasant smell of sweat (especially legs) and intensive hair dandruff.
Mites are usually nesting in our warm beds, rugs, favorite chair, clothes … Your face and body is on the first line of house dust mite bites. An average bed is home to about a million dust mites! Even if you change the sheets, they can easily come in contact with you from the mattress, because their size is measured in tenth parts of a millimeter, so through the thickest cloth they are passing like through the open door. Studies have confirmed that for the cushion, which is 6 years old, 1 / 10 of its weight consists of dead skin cells, living and dead mites and their droppings! Ideal conditions for the mites are temperatures of 25 Celsius and humidity of 75%, so they are less in rooms with dry air at high or low temperatures. Nothing better situation is with plush toys that your kids love to play.
Favorite place in the for dust mites is bed. That is why this pest is usually known as house dust mite. An average mattress is host to between, 100 000 and 10 million dust mites. Their food is skin and hair that you lose while sleeping.
Dust mites prefer certain conditions in the apartment / house. Here’s what they like:

poor ventilation

dust

High humidity in the air

high-temperature above 22 Celsius

air pollution-mostly due to cigarette smoke or smog

Dust Mite Bites – Dust Mite Allergy

When particles from the feces come into contact with the allergic person, either through inhalation or through skin, allergy-sufferers in the body start making antibodies. The antibodies cause the release of histamine and histamine causes problems in the airway and irritation. These are the most common symptoms of dust mite allergy:

rhinitis

sneezing

asthma

itching and redness in the eyes

nasal congestion

itching in the nose and throat

cough

Dust Mite Bites – How to Kill Dust Mites? How to Get Rid of Dust Mites?

Each of us has an immune system that fights the disease and, if necessary, activates the necessary substance in our body, which function is to stop the disease or infection that has affected us. In the case of some people’s, bodies recognize the factors that are not usually harmful to the body as harmful or destructive, and cause a reaction. Then happens that dust mite bites cause allergy. It is very common, if you feel stressful and tired in the morning that you were the victim of dust mites bites. If this happens, the best way is to prevent than to cure. Here’s what you can do to reduce the mite population and/or to get rid of dust mites in your house:

Keep the temperature below 20 Celsius and humidity of the air below 50%. Like other allergens and dust mites love moisture. Device called a dehumidifier (desiccant / air dehumidifier) will help you get rid of excess moisture. Also, households with air conditioning generally have fewer mites than those without air conditioning.

Vacuum mattress, pillow and bed. The stronger the cleaner, the better.

Use a vacuum cleaner with a HEPA filter. HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter should be able to keep the particle size of 3 microns. To get a better picture, 1 centimeter has 10 000 microns.

Wash sheets, towels and clothes often enough. Bedding should be washed once every two weeks with hot water. Temperature lower than 60 Celsius does not destroy the mites.

Regularly clean the house. There is no cleaning, which can completely eliminate allergens, but at least this way you can reduce the number.

Use bedding which prevent house dust mites and other allergens from entering into it, or use synthetic bedding, for the same reason.

Remove the thick carpets in your room.

Do not forget to wash toys because they are filled with dust mites.

The difference between bed bugs and dust mites is that dust mites do not bite. They are mostly feeding on leftovers of our skin and hair. Because of this they can cause some serious allergies, as mentioned above. Therefore in US and other parts of the world, dust mites are not treated seriously like bed bugs, which gained popularity because of <a

Most people would like to restore the natural white color of their teeth, and they would like to do this as naturally and as cost-effectively as possible. Read on to discover a few good ideas on how you can make it happen. You may not need to go down the expensive route. In addition to any teeth whitening strategy, it is imperative that one brush their teeth twice daily. While teeth whitening strategies are excellent, they do nothing for you if you are not also brushing your teeth regularly. This is first and foremost the most important step to effective teeth maintenance.

To get your teeth whiter at home, you can use an orange peel. The ingredients that make up an orange are good for removing discoloration from the enamel. To use this method, simply peel the orange and rub the peel on your teeth for at least 3 minutes. You can then spit it out. Make regular appointments to have your teeth cleaned by a dentist. You need to schedule these appointments at least once a year. The discoloration on your teeth may not be caused by actual staining but simply by plaque build-up, which is difficult to remove without the professional tools your dentist has. You should not begin a teeth whitening regiment until you are around the age of 16 to 18. Until this time a child’s gums are incredibly sensitive. Therefore, the caustic and abrasive products that are used to clean teeth can cause a child’s mouth to enter a world of pain.

Apple cider vinegar has been known to have many beneficial uses, one of them being teeth whitening. If you brush your teeth every night with this vinegar you will notice within a week how white and bright your teeth start to look. This is a very harmless ingredient and works very effectively. Some people have stated that the vinegar is too irritating to their gums and causes bleeding. If you notice this happening, please discontinue use of it. Every ingredient is going to work differently for different people. Use baking soda to whiten your smile. You can either purchase toothpaste that has baking soda included, or you can create your own whitener. To do this, combine baking soda with salt and brush your teeth with the mixture. Try to do this at least once per day to get the maximum benefit from your home remedy technique.

There are a variety of products that you can use to whiten your teeth that are available at your local convenience store, pharmacy, and super saving stores. White strips are very effective and can be used even with the busiest of schedules. Look for coupons online to make your purchase economical and effective in whitening your teeth.
